Products are intended for use by Qualified Practitioners only and therefore no responsibility will be taken for self medication. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of all products. In the case of goods damaged in transit, The TCM Supply Company will refund the cost of postage and either replace or refund the costs of the goods. Other returns will be accepted provided the goods are as new and are returned within 14 days. Postage to be paid by the customer. The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements.
